  • Oki. Would be fun to see it starting up as well as shutting down to complete stop. I´m building a small chipper with a 5.25" disk and two blades.

  • Oh! It seem to work well also with solid wood. Got any construction pictures, maybe a website ?

  • Sorry only have Manufacturing Drawings.. Due to there being no wear plate solid wood is not recommended. I will post a video of it Re chipping wood chips..

  • Is this a homebuilt unit, the chipper part taken off some mobile/stationary unit, put on a stand and a e motor added ?

  • No this Unit is Built From Scrach. Has a 36" Disc with 6 pockets of 2 x 6" Knives and 6 pockets of 1 x 6" knives. so a total of 18 knives. Disc spins at about 1000rpm.. This chipper is only used to re chip the over size chips from a screen..There is also a 42" re chipper that we offer
