THERE IS NO STIGMA FOR PTSD, IT WAS ALL IN MY FUCKED UP HEAD. Most PTSD vets are discharged for disciplinary issues, not medically... get help before the alcohol gets you in trouble. Love ya.

I was at the VA the other day at the desk setting up an appointment and the lady at the desk said "Hey buddy you need to smile"- So I just look at her for a couple of sec and then start scanning the lobby while I wait for her to do her job, the longer I have to stay in one spot the more anxious i get. She then said if you will just take some deep breaths and count to 10 you will feel better. I told what would really help is if she would close her mouth and do the job she's being paid for.

After my buddy plans an escape route out of the complex in case cops show up. I was at the VA the other day at the desk setting up an appointment and the lady at the desk said "Hey buddy you need to smile"- So I just look at her for a couple of sec and then start scanning the lobby while I wait for her to do her job, the longer I have to stay in one spot the more anxious i get. She then said if you will just take some deep breaths and count to 10 you will feel better. I told what would really help is if she would close her mouth and do the job she's being paid for.

Yeah I noticed the change in my best friend. We were right next to Disneyland at a party and Fireworks start poppin off and my friend puts out his cigarette, crouches, and kinda makes himself into a ball under this low arch and waits it out not saying anything. After my buddy plans an escape route out of the complex in case cops show up. Every time a hear a noise I have to cheek out side the problem is nothing is ever there and I can't stop.. I can't sleep 3-6 hours if I'm lucky waking up every hour..
