another failed attempt at installing the feather case on the storm. you need to start from the bottom of the storm and the top of the case. slide it in. to take it out, you do the reverse way of putting it in by pushing the bottom of the phone. the way it was in the video is the reason why these cases keep cracking. it's user error not the manafacturer
