@stamatogeo1 yeah you have to beat tekken force mode 4 times with different characters each time, each time you get a key then the last time you vs dr b and when you beat him you unlock him.

Nope, he shares some moves with other characters like ogre does but he has a lot of his own unique moves, 2 unique combos, one of them is 20hits..

I'd say doc has more unique moves than ogre.

If you didn't know most of ogres moves are stolen from characters who appeared in tekken1 and 2 but not tekken3 like Lee, Bruce, Jun, Armor King, Alex/Roger... the only exception is Anna, she wasn't in the T3 arcade version so that's probably why ogre has some of her moves...

Also, doc has a stance called "true stance" from where he can do some of Heihachi's moves and Heihachi's string combos with [down/forward+X] starter.

Or are they supposedly the ultimate fighter that uses many of the other characters moves?

Combot and Mokujin are like that, but they randomly use a specific characters style every round.

Unknown in tekken tag also changes moves but she does it in the middle of the fight too.

It's not unlockable.. it's a custom skin..

Search for tekken 3 online from google or check the youtube user mreditorcustomize, he has a link to a customization site on his youtube channel.
