@1benclifton1 Size is relative. The siphon on a toilet is 2 - 3" in diameter. The drain pipes inside the house are ~6" in diameter and the sewer main is over 12" in diameter. The puppy is probably ~2" in diameter, so can easily fit down the toilet, through the siphon and into the house drains.

The reason the puppy looks so big is because the CCTV camera magnifies the image. See how small it is in comparison with the pipe? That pipe is probably ~6" in diameter.
