I think the term willie waggle is funny. Is the mom giving her that whole story about finding happiness where you least expect it because she sort of knew she was about to say 'I kissed a girl and I liked it' and wanted to let her know that she was okay with it? Because if so, she kicks ass as a mother. The last scene was so sweet.
