  • Nice video I have been reboundind for a couple weeks now. I look forward to it when I come home unlike dreadful workouts.I feel great and I've lost 3 pounds.

  • this guy is incredibly smart...

  • hey Dr. james

I am avid rebounder and teach classes sometimes twice daily, The class can be pretty advanced!

After I have been feeling like a tingly sensations in my hands and feet after i exercise even the day after!

Its not strong but its like a buzzing, mostly in my palms and wrists not so much my finger tips same on the feet.

Can you explain what this is? should I be worried I have seen my GP he doesnt know of rebounding I was hoping you could ease my mind!

    Thanks a million

  • Yes I love rebounding too - do you have any rebounding videos you recommend?

  • >>> shaking things up and shifting gears seems to work! I recently added the half fold reboundair to my fitness routine. I was starting to skip classes at Gold's and other jogging invites because of boredom. the reboundair was the shot in the arm I was looking for towards taking back my exercise routine. I must have been on a plateau. I"m down another 4 pounds and will try to lose 4 more and maintain that weight for as long as possible, hopefully through the holidays.

  • I use my rebounder 45 minutes a day and I can feel a difference in my lymph system moving. When I can feel little knots at times. Plus, I have found that rebounding makes me extremely happy and feels really great. I'm hoping that it will also help me to heal my heel and bone spurs naturally, as well as taking extra calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplements. Thank you for this beautiful video.

  • @CheriKay02 how long did it take you to work up to 45 minutes a day? i just got a rebounder and i can only go about 5 minutes.

  • I adore my rebounder!! I've owned three over the past 20 years. My absolute favourite (recommended by my chiropractor) is the Needak folding rebounder. My mother-in-law bought a cheaper one and it really messed up her back big time.

  • Which rebounder is the best one to buy?

  • @johnny102marvin anyone man! i got a sports authority bodyfit, it got horrible reviews, but, who cares what people think, as long as it works and it gets you healthy! any trampoline is better than jumping on ground, because that actually hurts you.

  • Thank You, Dr Hans great video makes it clear. Great info and back to bounding.

  • Excellent video and, so true.

  • Thanks for this video. The local Health Food Store sells rebounders, and there was no question in my mind it is a great alternative exercise.I have no plans to give up exercising. I fortunatly can still run, bike, and ski.I ruptured ligaments in my ankle in a Baseball injury, and have been worried about injuries ever since. Rebounding gives me confidence I can exercise the rest of my life with confidence. Thanks Dr. Rota!

  • Gravity moves lymph? why wouldn't all of it pool in the feet when I'm standing and in the back when I'm lying on my back, etc.? I thought the stimulation to bone growth from exercise came from the stress on the bone when the muscle contracted? Why don't you say where you got your information? I know you are a doctor, but even doctors are supposed to get their information from unbiased research. What's your source?

  • Aside from your sarcasm, I think you have made some good observations. Yes, gravity does pull our lymph down when standing, and this is often observed as swelling around the ankles. However, Mother Nature has ingeniously created a flap valve system in the lymphatic ducts that will allow the circulation of the body fluid up the leg. No pump. This requires body movement or motion that resists gravity. Bouncing up and down on the rebounder exercises the muscles by resisting forces of gravity.

  • Bed sores are stagnation points brought on by gravity of the body fluids resulting from lack of movement. Toxic byproducts have caused death, as we have seen in the death of Christopher Reeves. Also, with your computer you can GOOGLE benefits of rebounding and see the list of credible studies, including the ones done by NASA. Good Luck

  • SOURCE - Nasa has verified the benefits of rebounding. Dr. Cooper's aerobic medical research center in Dallas verifies the benefits of rebounding. The University Of Utah. Ambassador College. University of New Mexico. Those are just a few of the thousands of research projects that have been conducted around the world that verify the benefits of rebounding.
