not only is he not credited second because it is a wild pitch, but then there is a throwing error. There is 0 stolen bases in this video. I wish youtube would stop suggesting crap for me to watch.
It is stealing in Little League, when I umpire, the first question I ask the coaches during ground rules is "stealing home", which is understood as " during a pass ball is it OK to advance home?". so NICE JOB STEALING HOME!
why does everyone get jealous and be like thats never going to happen in my league ive seen it happen in the mlb and im sure thats past all your leagues so like wtf these kids must be like 12 max so just chill and dont tell your stories that u cant back up with videos
Thats absolutely not true you assclown! If, for example, Jacoby Ellsbury is attempting to steal 3rd base, and the catcher throws the ball into left field, he is not credited with stealing 3rd and home! If there is a pass ball and the catcher fires to second, and the ball goes into center and the runner scores, he is credited with ZERO stolen bases! Maybe there's a reason you're trying to live vicariously through your kid! Perhaps you're a fucking idiot that knows nothing about sports! LMAO
BoSox: I umpire College & HS baseball, and it's so sad that the large majority of ppl don't have the slightest clue what their talking about. Your comments to haha96369 were "right on".
I've had "foul tips" straight into the catchers glove, where ppl were screaming at me, "Thats a foul ball, the runner can't advance"....idiots!
These are the same morons that think their little Johnny will be on a Wheaties box one day, yet they don't ever take the time to learn the rules of the game. PATHETIC.
@BlackstoneNolan Depending if the official scorer determines that the throw would have been on time and gotten the runner out....If the throw was late, then the steal would stand and it would be a 2 base error beyond that. If it was on time, it's a 3 base error if teh runner ends up scoring.
k i'm a triple a playing i know what i'm talking about this is what happened....
1st there is a passed ball(error)and it means he got the base on a error. Next he got to third FROM that error because to catcher was still recovering the ball... then a overthrow to top that part off... then he got in for a run... tell me, is he in house league, selects, aa... because most playing like that will not happen in higher leagues... what i'm saying is...if he was in a higher league...no vids would be up
nti a steal home thats a 3 base steal on an error

There's no stealing of any base here you idiots! There are 2 errors by the catcher on the same play! I hate stupid people! LMAO
BoSoxnation1972 2 years ago
first of all this is 3 month old comment and are you stupid when an error is made someone steals a base its still considered a steal

@BoSoxnation1972 actually your correct on everything but the thrown ball in center field would count as 1 stolen base
