Last time I was in China Town I tried a Lamb's Face soup. I thought it was going to be a translation error or something, but no. There was a lamb's face in my soup! Tongue, eyes, and brains, all floating around in my bowl. While the broth was very tasty and the brains were okay, I have to say that the eyes and tongue were very, very chewy. Lamb is not one of my favorite proteins, as it is a bit gamey, but I definitely am down with it when the mood strikes.
