  • Sorry, but the Lunge is a Push Touch with side or back direction. A Lunge will be even to much intenisity for warmup. The Squat is inrotated in the Shoulder an the lower leg is pushed over an not 90° to the ground. Rest ist fairly o.k. to teach.
