I REALLY wanted Obama to get the Democratic nomination & become president, but with the wisdom of hindsight, what should have happened is that Hilary Clinton should have won & made Obama her VP. His presidency hasn't been terrible, but it has been a total non-event, & he would have benefitted from being Clinton's VP. During that time he would have gained presidential experience & when he became president he would actually WANT to get important things done rather than just maintain the status quo
