Well, they are Malaysian Chinese and Malaysians speak quite a lot of English as well although Malaysian English and possibly Singaporean English might sound rather odd to most other people ^^

Well, just accept the reality. Fish's pronunciation sucks! I've heard a lot of non-native English speakers singing in English and even if their accent is bad, they can speak pretty well in English. If you've heard of Stephanie Sun's Singlish accent when she speaks, you'll be surprised how that's different from her English songs.

Anyway, this song is nice, except for her poor pronunciation.

This is a cover version of the song from the movie MUSIC & LYRICS starring Hugh Grant & Drew Barrymore. In the movie Barrymore and Grant did a scene recording the demo version for Cora Corman (Halley Bennett) who Grant performed a duet with in the finale. Maybe Victor should also cover 'Pop goes my heart' hahaha. I love that song. LOL. Shanti Shanti, I'm from Malaysia too. :P
