The thing about smoking weed is that because it's not a legal drug, the FDA never actually bothered (until more recently) to test the bad effects of inhaling it in the first place. I have friends of mine who have gotton horrible smokers coughs and had trouble breathing when smoking prepackeged cigarettes but said it lessened when they switched to RYO with 100 percent natural tobacco. And they even said their problems with smoking cessation where not as dramatic as they were when they smoked marlboros. In my opinion its not the tobacco that gets you, its the posion in the tobacco that kills.

Of course the tar that goes into one's lung doesn't just stay there like that or the person would drown. The tar gets broken down & taken away into the bloodstream. 7 months without a cigarette now, after 31 years of smoking. I feel younger and healthier, I thought that would take longer. I noticed my health really improved after about 3 months.
I look forward to 7-10 years from now, when my lungs should be restored to being very close have never smoked. I don't really care that quitting has extended the length of my life but more impressed with the improvement of the quality of my life. When you don't feel like shit all the time nothing but win/win.

Of course the tar that goes into one's lung doesn't just stay there like that or the person would drown. The tar gets broken down & taken away into the bloodstream. That's not to say it's healthy, but they are trying to make a shock example to scare people into quitting.

7 months without a cigarette now, after 31 years of smoking. I feel younger and healthier, I thought that would take longer. I noticed my health really improved after about 3 months.
I look forward to 7-10 years from now, when my lungs should be restored to being very close have never smoked. I don't really care that quitting has extended the length of my life but more impressed with the improvement of the quality of my life. When you don't feel like shit all the time nothing but win/win.
