I discover that the multimedia lock is on again.(cant activate camera and media functions)

HOW can i solve it..i wanna listen to music again.

Can't update and retrieve network informations on your softbank phone with a prepaid sim card outside of japan , it can be used in japan only,

-If you have subscription that can be used worldwide in roaming and if you have signal it works.

so does that mean that i cant unlock the multimedia without using softbank?? for example if i live in England, and i wana use O2 as my carrier so i buy an O2 sim card to use the calling/sms, but it probably wont allow me to use the camera and watch the videos i have on my cell, so how do i unlock the multimedia lock? hyperism?? im new to this so it would help if u explained it to me ^^ thx
