There should be a mountain-like structure to the right of the entrance of Canterbury Commons, climb around it, enter the building, go through the back door you see immediately (walk straight), go through the level and stuff, eventually you reach a room that seems empty, activate the coffee machine, and there you go. BTW, this isn't in the game. I believe it's a mod.

Also, if your are the one who made this mod, here's a suggestion; the Protectron walk speed is a tad too high. Compare yours to the one you can activate at the Super-Duper Mart, and the difference is staggering. Although having it THAT slow would be a bit of an impediment, you could make up for it by having the protectron be cheaper to build/use more common parts than the other bots to make it balanced. of course there are also other ways to make up for the Protectron's lack of speed.
