I've seen'em at the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival several times over the years and have some of their cd's. IMHO they're the best of the newer Cajun bands.

I would say that this festival was one of the most enjoyable weekends I have ever had in my 55 years on this planet. I was an "outsider"from Chicago experiencing a really neat slice of America.With every song on every stage are all these people dancing out there in the grass. I think the most depressed person in the world would have a great time here. My advice for everybody is to go to this festival in 09. You'll leave with a smile.

Great footage. I was on the right side of the stage selling their "Best of" cd while they played. Long live Steve & the Mamou Playboys!
