No of course not lol! You only need to know someone working in the kitchen, which in the "fed joint" its the best work for obvious reasons. If you know the person personally you can usually get it free or that get in on the food. If you don't know the person like that, then you usually get "charged" something from your commensary stash or order then whatever they want.
