I'm pretty sure you're on a moving boat, so you shouldn't be complaining about ragdolls spazzing out like that. Normally ragdolls fall through anything that is intended to move.

Happened to me too, I pinned a heavy to the ground from a battlement on 2fort, and he sat on the ground, ragdoll all glitchy, his hands were dislocated and were flying in the ground, and he was jiggling like jello. odd.

@stormdumb Well, let's see, what are your PC specs? If it's too low, the ragdolls will not render.

@stormdumb theres away to get ragdolls by putting a cheat on open console and heres the codes for it.

cl_ragdoll_collide 1

cl_ragdoll_fade_time 15

cl_ragdoll_physics_enable 1

cl_ragdoll_forcefade 0

now once you put it on you will have ragdoll but the bad thing is when restarting your tf2 you have no ragdoll and you have to put the codes all over again ,I have the same problem too but it worth it does this help you.

The same happened to me once, I shot a Demoman from a ledge above him, right in his skull. His ragdoll was all buzzy and glitchy due the shape of his armor (the game wanted his head to be pinned to the ground, but the rest of his body got in the way)
