@heremeraldeyes As for probiotics, I've had them as samples from my doctor but I never took them because I didn't feel that I needed them. Then when I found them again they were expired lol. I don't have anything against them, but I don't take them because I don't want to have to take another pill. Also I heard they might not even work. I eat a lot of yogurt anyway, so that's where I get my probiotics.
We're glad you're back! I was wondering have you heard of SIBO? Stands for Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth. Also, what's your opinion on Probiotics?
