Community service is a crock of shit. I should know. I've done hundreds of hours of it volunteer, and another 100 or so mandated by courts. By mandating it, the community got a fuck you and hasn't had an hour of volunteer since.

It's hard even finding a place that WANTS community service labor. It's too much of a headache to bother. The community isn't going to nothing for you, so don't waste your time.
