  • Most people dont realize that "stare decisis" has been abandoned and pretty much it all depends on who is on the bench that particular day with regards to your due process. Due process as it defines property extends to personal injury as well, not only to real property. And, decisions at the SCOTUS level are made by clerks, even those that are adminstrative law that should be at the very least reviewed and remanded. Good video, I appreciate it

  • I think there's a balancing act between your freedoms(due process), government beaucracy(tax dollars), and law enforcement(order). I doubt they'll ever find a magic formula to adress all these issues.
