The rap wasn't made to cater to anyone's wants or needs. It was made solely as a joke between DMS and his friends who he makes shoutouts to in the rap.

DMS is white, but he certainly showers at least once a day, especially after doing things that make him sweat (ie, fucking your mom). Also, he obviously has a life seeing as how he's too busy doing other things, like making other movies or riding BMX.
