In the end Nascar will change it just to make every car have the same profiles which is killing the interest of the sport, just let them build a beautiful car for once and let them make modifications for an aero package! All the bodies are the same right now and it's just Yates vs Hendrick on engine building.
I couldn't give a shit if it looked like an Aston Martin or not, it even somewhat halfass resembles a Mazda of sorts. This is what we have wanted, a race car that looks pretty well just like the street version. In 2013 we will see 4 makes of cars that look different from one another, and can be easilly distinguished from eachother unlike the current body style which is almost the same for all four makes.
@Spannerhead29 that was exactly what i was thinking at first. but then again, Ford owns Jaguar and Aston Martin, so they are just appealing the Aston Martin to more of the public with a similar looking Fusion

@BackRowRacing98 well, me and my dad hate this shit out nowadays. we don't care if it needs to be changed. we want the old carboraters back, so we can actually change the vehicle if it needs fixed. we don't understand how to fix anything if it's all this computer shit.
@ffdprocks2011 Well complaining doesn't do much. I think technology is taking over the world as well with stuff like music and all these aids and power steering to make a car drive itself, but if NASCAR is just now putting in fuel injections I think we're in good shape for now.

@ffdprocks2011 I guess this is what the industrial revolution was like. I think the world will be able to get in a comfortable situation one day with using all these computer technology stuff and if we are never able to do that I guess people and manufactures will stop trying (eventually.) I just hope this technology stuff doesn't turn into the point where cars have no soul, robots race in all the motorsports, and music turns into a bunch of broken fax machines even though it already is.
