Well, he did it. Jay McRoy's tax increase plan passed (5-2 vote). The Gang of 5 proved beyond doubt that they ONLY represent special interests. McRoy, Langley, Klemm, R. Cayton, and Booth ONLY see regular folks as a cash register to fund the shady schemes of their good buddies. They ONLY care about the tax collection rate; not the foreclosure rate. They have no soul.
