it may protects the buccal plate but it is not true for the lingual plate , all the stress is transferred to this plate especially for lower anterior teeth, be aware. thank you

Very impressive! If the buccal plate truly does not fracture or become loose, this is absolutely brilliant! I am attending an oral surgery course very soon and will definitely inquire about this forceps. Dr Misch is a very respectable practitioner and I can't help but think that this forceps will change the way oral surgery is done forever!
