  • Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • I'd love to be able to sleep whenever I want but it's impossible when you work a 9-5 job. I only sleep deeply and feel refreshed when I am able to sleep in 4 hr shifts - such as sleeping from 12am to 4am, then I'll naturally wake up for a few hours and fall back to sleep from about 7-11am. unfortunately this is impossible to do during the week.

  • I don't believe the food issue is about judgement it's about discernment. If you say you want peace in the world, look to how your food was made. Was it made with love, or cruelty? It's that simple. Eating chocolate that is made from Hershey's that deals in slave labor, versus chocolate that is made with purer intentions of love, and is vegan and raw, is like the difference in drinking natural pristine water versus drinking water with sewage sludge in it. Life is about discernment..

  • @jaggerofgy as if you were totally positive. obviously you're trying to debunk an argument by calling it negative, i wouldn't describe that as a positive trait...and it's all about subjective opinion right?? because the total of reality isn't out there and people who try to tell us it is are our arch-nemeses

  • @jaggerofgy my main point is that instead of trying to find the diamonds in the rough, so to speak, by looking past the apparently impotent vehemence of the statement to see any merit (his commentary is indeed vague) that might be obscured, you said, "lol, negative person" and dismissed it at a glance, and this tendency is a common sickness of people who take this guy seriously because he tells you to block out anything that doesn't benefit you, as if life were based on preference alone.

    Emotions for example: LOVE & COMPASSION (these topics are very difficult to put into words)

    Feelings for example: INSECURITY & DISTRUST (these topics are easily put into words)....& some

  • Thank you I have had many food allergies since I was a kid and this advice I feel I really resonate with. I am constantly feeling guilty for foods that I eat that I know I shouldn't. It has an effect on me psychologically. Im gonna give this no guilt thing a try. I have been eating healthier this whole summer tho which has helped a lot and have started sun gazing too.

  • Very interesting video. I am 100% organic, and have been vegan for about 5 years, and also fruitarian. I have been getting very sensitive to foods and am on a liquid diet of mostly tea and water, and have activated a process for living on light instead of food, so my hunger is gone and my energy is very high. I agree with what your saying for the most part. In my case though, most foods will make me feel sick.

  • i want to point out something, there are 3 different effect we face concerning food,

    one is physical: what we eat generate an effect

    then it change the way you experience reality

    the second is mental, its condition your mood

    and therefor your vibration....

    then it change the way you experience reality

    the third is psychological, and have to do with the relationship that you have with the food you eat, such as judjment, fear, so and so

    then it change the way you experience reality

  • Thanks I think you have it right on... you were not speaking of dieting persay however it still applies. I am judging my food as not good for one who needs to loose a few pounds. I rarely judge people, I try not to judge circumstances, but I find it very hard not to judge my food. Years of TV brainwashing I suspect. This was helpful for me, thanks again

  • I can suggest a great supplement, for those who are busy is Super greens like Wheat grass, Spiralina, Barley grass, very good at Keeping body low ph, This is a big problem is ascidic internal, so to keep it balanced im sure would have long term spiritual progress.
