Firstly, Mahler is never a bad choice for anything. Learn this now and you'll have lived a richer life reflecting upon it on your deathbed. Secondly, YouTube restricts copyrighted music use, so they have a small subset of available background music and they removed my copy of Copland's Fanfare for The Common Man. New edit coming soon, however, just leaving in the audio with no music.

Thanks for the question, Vivigrrl27! The alliance of classical music and Vjayjay's is a fairly recent phenomenon. It started in late 1972 in the great state of Alabama where some happy-go-lucky all-around swell fellows started writing songs using "the rock and the roll." I believe they called themselves Leonard Skin Nerd.

After writing several outstanding introductory and sophomore ventures, they skyrocketed to the top of Billboard's Hits with their American chart-topper, "If You Like Classical Music, You Must Be a Six-Foot VJayjay."

To this day, you've probably heard many bands and performers cover this tune, commonly known as "Stairway to Freebird."
