  • The T-Rex in the jurassic park series looks much better. This T-Rex looks alright I guess. I still like the walking series.

  • to tell you the true to everybody here this is one of the worst t-rex models ever:( I mean the tail was made all wrong and for some reason they made it short and whip like and they made the arms wrong and the feet were really stupid and made the dumbest skin texture ever for a t-rex

  • when this movie was released giganotosaurus, carcharodontosaurus and spinosaurus were not found yet. that's why they said t rex is the biggest and the king of dinosaurs on land. every theropod or meat eater dinosaur has something unique. carcha has the sharpest teeth, giga has the biggest head up to 2 m lenth, spino is the biggest theropod with biggest arms, t rex has the most massive head and strongest bite of all theropods.

  • the first animation I saw on a National Geographic advert years ago... Must be a released BBC model of T.rex. I love this skin design out of all colours.

  • the roar is fucked up

  • the feet look a bi awkward, but the skin detail is amazing!

  • mammothproductionlnc

    he has not animtad

  • How did you get this model?

  • I want walking with dinosaurs to be on blu-ray

  • It walks so gracefully like it's sneaking around. I feel like such a heavy animal should be putting all its weight down in each stride. Which means that the muscle and skin should be jigglin' lol

  • @nddlj Definately a heavy animal ( more than 7 tons) but look at all that overhang...T rex needs it's it's forelegs back again!! That tail is not big enough or heavier enough to counter balance in this pose. Therefore the animal should be depicted as walking more upright, to off set it's centre of gravity.

  • @dali366 Thanks for the information! And thanks for not being a stuck up jerk about correcting me like most comments I get nowadays! :)

  • @nddlj no problem :) ...T rex needs some common sense applied to it's posture...this politically correct posture makes animators want to copy it because it looks cool and they love it! :(

  • Very nice. I was looking for an example of a bird walking animation to inspire me but this is pretty close to what I needed.

  • @karlthepagan Go to the zoo and check out their emus/ ostriges! Those are the first animals I think of when trying to draw/animate a dinosaur. Those birds are very tall and all LEGS!

  • Great work my friend. Looks like you put a lot of care and attention into this project.

    VERY WELL DONE !!!

  • haha i like Trex was walking in a circle the entire time

  • I always find it funny how in some documentaries with CG dinosaurs, dinosaurs (or any other prehistoric animals) are ALWAYS roaring. They roar at every chance, while walking, while hunting, while mating. Animals are usually silent most of the time. WWD had very high quality and needn't do this to give life to ir's animals, but other do it a lot. Particularly funny when showing animals thousands of years old with living relatives known to be silent, like sabertooth tigers and groud sloths.

  • the name albertosaurus suits it better

  • WWD would have been much better if Spinosaurus was in it.

  • what pat of waking wit dinos is this from?

  • @ChooseCheese127 Death of a Dynasty, i think it's called.

  • If Jurassic Park was your childhood dream, this T-Rex would be ten times better than that!

  • Make one of the Allosaurus

  • e a cara da poca

  • Stupid , Jurassic Park have the best T-rex Animation and roar.

  • Never met sauropods? Enter Alamosaurus, the biggest animal in T. rex's environment

  • @pika247 This was made in 1999, so you can understand the mishap.

  • @WaldronicTomotron I guess, but I think Alamosaurus was found before 1999

  • @pika247 There was a good specimen found in 1946, yes, but I don't think it was found in Tyrannosaurus fossil beds, leading people to assume they never met. Only recent findings have placed it among Tyrannosaurus fossils.

  • @WaldronicTomotron Ahh, I get ya now.

  • @pika247 remember,t his was made way back, before we had new evidence.

  • If you look at the legs it moves like a normal bird. Then again, T.rex is basicly a giant bird.

  • i perfer the jurassic park look any other design looks a little weird

  • I always thought the feet looks really wierd on this one, but still love it.

  • yeah i think the same but it looks really cool

  • Yip it does. I really like the head design too. I'm glad they didn't go jurassic park like every digital dino in the movies seems to aim for these days. Heh. They did great work on the WW series. The Ballad of Big Al is amazing!

  • @Swidhelm too small and skinny

  • @Swidhelm what about the arms lol?

  • BEST ROAR EVER!!!

  • where to get it this animation?

  • The hips need to hump during the walk, due the weight.. otherwise it looks like floating

  • very nice my noob =D
