i got a powder puff few months ago in the shelter they told me it was a terrier mix then i took him to the vet and he said it was a pure breed chinese crested my first reaction was laugh cuz i though all c crested were hairless weird looking dogs .....hahahahah but my pup is just beautiful have a wonderful temper and hair as soft as silk i love love love him
They are goergous puppies it make me want a lil one like those i have a female i have had scince she was 4wks old and i got her from my parents whom breed toy poodles on my 16th birthday and i was going to get a male l8r but their lil teacup poodle got her pregnat and only one puppy out of 4 lived and she was in labor for 28 hrs and it scared me i didnt want any thing to happen to her so i got her spayed
@zozoandloulou powder puffs got more fur so it'll show much more when it grows. We tried on our puff, looked good in 4 days, and after that he looked like something , not a crested tho. More like a poodle haha :) but if you keep cutting the hair it might work!

if u get a chinese crested with hair can u just get it shaved to look like the one with no fur?

Well I suppose you can. Lots of pet people do this. But you should not show a Puff as a Hairless...
