  • i'd bang her

  • To raagmaala: what kinda powders were those?? and oils as well??

  • I got many oil baths, but this here is not like it is.

It is called pizchil or sarvangadhara,

patient lies down and 2 or more therapies first give whole body massage and then dip a cloth in hot oil and, and squeeze it over you. This treatment is the most effective i have ever gotten. I went 5 times to Kerala for panchakarma cure and got much better. If someone cannot effort this luxury, contact me there are ways to simplify it.

    Student of Ayurveda

  • This looks the the Trisha before she started acting in any movies. Cause her face looks soo young and different. I guess after seeing this video the directors booked her for films.

  • this rediculous?

  • grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • this art of medicine is as ancient as the cosmos as it has come from the ved(VEDAS FOR U WHITES) which were formed when this universe was formed . so its the best way of rejuvinating urself and purely natural , so blive me and go for it

  • lol it s not that they r racist, they r ignorant. they think by not mingling with other cultures it will do their own culture good. or even preserve it. they r very friendly really, just as long as u r not looking into getting in their culture! that s how i see it. same as japanese and chinese

  • Now I am not into the Yogic religions, but these people had a lot of really good knowledge of ancient medicine. This actually looks like it would be really healthy for the skin. The woman is more beautiful afterwards. Probably good for the hair too.

  • My mother is an Ayurvedic doctor. I can't remember the last time I had antibiotics. And hell, I am just fine without them. Never had an allergy, and never had to go to the emergency room (except when I had an arm fracture). The thing is, in Ayurveda, all the trial and errors of medicinal science has already been done. With modern medicine (as you can makeout from its name), the trials and errors are being done now.

  • for ayurveda bath like this u need to travel south indian states like karela

  • she is beatiful

  • she ir pretty, please tell us the name of the music!!!

  • I LOVE this music. I should play it when I am taking a bath as such. What is the music called?

  • Indian?

  • @MadamTea1942 Yea Next you would say , you need A.R Rahman's live orchestra while you take a shower. lol.

  • shes actress trisha

  • hiiiiiiiiiiii

  • we used to take this same bath it was really effective

  • that was pretty cool. why wrap up all that beautiful hair though?

  • It helps the oil penetrate the scalp and better moisturize the hair and scalp because of the added warmth.

  • shes rubbing in oils to soften the skin, then she rubs on a natural exfoliate to lift away dead skin and then finishes it off with water.

    nothing dirty about it.

  • What is that natural exfoliant she is using?

  • its a really useful knowledge

  • hai intrsting
