@dtadpole Thanks for asking! The IPA we brewed turned out great. I dont think I'd consider a single-hop IPA again with Cluster, but they seem real good for flavor or aroma additions. (late-hopping)

The results from brewlaboratory are in. Alpha acid% 6.0, Beta acid% 5.3 and cohumulone 49 which means that we are likely looking at Cascade or Cluster varieties.
Either way this looks like a great all-arounder and I am planning to brew a single hop IPA with them in October.
Very cool. Why not single variety beer with Cluster? Not familiar with Cluster, but planning on doing a single variety with Cascade.
