You are probably right, though I don't know the Chinese prison system. Well, that, if you are comparing it to the American prison system. Keep in mind that prisons like Abu Ghraib or Guantamo have NOTHING to do with the American prison system. They are places out of the law. The human rights that people like you would surely defend, are completely mutilated there as if they didn't exist.
