ive got greens in my 09 si and i think it looks pretty kickass. ive only seen one other person who had them hence the reason i got them. u dont see it often. u think theyre ugly because u have no appreciation of originality or style.

3000k HIDs are green for the first several seconds wile warming up, then they are a pretty yellow. maybe he justtt turned his fogs on? and who cares if he even has green lights, thats unique! I have 3000k's on my audi, and i got pissed as fuck when another kid in town with an audi put 3000k's in his a4 after he saw mine, so i threw my 8000k's back in for a bit. maybe i should get green now.. lol.

it's the 30-36,000K. i highly doubt this is hid, more then likely shitty halogens.

i have 3000k 55w xenons in my fogs, and when i first turn them on, they are pretty green but turn hyper yellow as they warm up over the next 20 seconds.

i got 15000k, and it's a deep purple, then after purple it comes green. what it does is it goes from yellow-white-white/blue-aqua-d­eep blue-white/purple-purple-deep purple-light green-deep green. the colour it starts at doesn't mean it's close to the near kelvin temperature. i have a mercedes with factory 4300 or 6000 that starts up at a deep blue, then turns into the white/blue tint. i just got some 15000k today because my left factory bulb messed up, and it's a purple, almost deep purple.

Technically, the kelvin color temp chart, will not go from purple to green, 120000 kelvin would be ultraviolet.

But at the same time, I have no idea where green falls on the kelvin car. Between yellow and blue?

12000 would actually be blue still, on an actual kelvin colour chart, purple and green don't exist. on the real kelvin scale, there'd be red inbetween yellow and blue, but that's why the real kelvin chart, and the hid kelvin chart is different. there isn't any red hid bulbs, but anything beyond 10-12000k would be purple then green according to hid kelvin standards. the only red is those cheap halogens with cheap marker all over the bulbs, but those aren't measured by kelvins.
