  • Whites, we must separate ourselves from the vermin. Mixing is disastrous. We owe these savages nothing. Liberal teachers indoctrinate our children with self hate.

    14.

  • CHURCHILL is a fucking WAR CRIMINAL for the HOLOCAUST OF BOMBS DROPPED ON DRESDEN! FUCK the Treaty of Versailles & the FUCKING EVIL ZIONIST ANTI-CHRISTS with their FAKE HOLO-HOAX, just an excuse to INVADE PALESTINE! WHITE POWER for the people of Germany!

  • 30 Nazi's disliked this video

  • Read Patrick J. buchanan`s book `Churchill, Hitler & the Unnessary War`. Churchill he says was a brilliant war leader & orator, but ever questioned him as failed statesman. With his war-mongering bull-headedness, could have finished the war off in 1940, the war cabinet were thinking of negotiated peace with AH but no waited for AH to attack Russia & dec. war on USA. Meanwhile he cuddled up to Stalin, cost us our empire & got us massivly into debt to USA.. All this over Danzig, Poland!!

  • @justtakeiteasy , those who cry Racist are always the biggest racists themselves

  • SIR BRIT VANDAL

    THE HOUSE OF RIGHTWING

  • The earth's last great leader of men, every single leader since Churchill has been simply a shadow in comparison. The next great One on earth will most likely be Jesus Christ, the next great evil person, antichrist the son of perdition. America has never had anyone even close to Churchill and by their current standards never will have.

  • It's up to us to continue his legacy, to stand firm in opposition to all who threaten our way of life, our peace and our beloved country... and may God defend the right!

  • ordered the destruction of the French navy, hated Gandhi and politically, changed sides three times. You don't do this without making a lot of enemies. For me though, i don't agree with most of this stuff, it was wrong of hm to do, however I honor him for what he did during the war. He saw it coming and his own party ignored him. He was a war time leader, the best war time leader Britain has ever had.People can slate him for his past, but for the war. many owe him a gratitude

  • This in itself is testament to the feeling the people had towards the man. If i was you, I wouldn't put much stock into conspiracy theories. They are usually created by stupid and weak minded people who are scared. The war on the British side was financed by crippling American loans and the wealth the country already had at the time. For others, Churchill was a controversial figure. He was an imperialist who led a cavalry march in the Boer war, sanctioned chemical weapons tests in Africa,

  • @TheChadley1000, Indeed, but the old bald duffer also had a penchant for FDR's best brandy, which he downed with conspicuous vigor. Roosevelt could not rid himself of this dreadful little man, so he hatched the Lend Lease Act of 1941, formulated to both appease and remove this horrendous little groveler from our White House steps. Incidently, of the 31.4 billion dollars in Lend Lease war credits, payable to us over 50 years at a 2% interest rate cost Britain only 6.8 billion. We were "stiffed".

  • In truth he led us down the "Primrose path" on a course of utter destruction. FDR both deplored and bemoaned his forced relationship with this little skunk. Their friendship was doomed to fail the instant FDR determined that Churchill was obviously some sort of lamentably successful scientific cross between a hog and a mule. I mean look at the little prick, who would claim him?

  • @cernuous you dont understand lol it doesnt matter what he was,he found the right words to strengthen, and gave the will to win, for his people,my people. you are full of hot air , let us bow to the next empire, china.usa dominance lasted 60, 70 years, the english are arrogant with a sense of whats fair, the americans are a offfshoot of us thats just arrogant.

  • @ronsiris, unfortunately I've lost you. FDR came to the aid of a bankrupt nation wallowing on the cusp of defeat. Churchills words might indeed have galvanized you, but it was American military aid in the form of Lend Lease that initially saved your bacon. This coupled with American combat success leading to total victory in both the European and Pacific theaters breathed new life in a Great Britain that would otherwise have been crushed. Understating the extent of our military aid only serves

  • to make you appear shallow.

  • @cernuous oh yes sure,if we were quickly beaten, you would have taken on italy japan germany and all comers, because your the best,at everything.you wouldnt have needed australia canada, indians polish fighter pilots etc etc, you wouldnt have needed the enigma codes. if america is so good why do most people in this world have so little respect for you.its because of people like you.dont reply because i aint got time for you.

  • @ronsiris, We also have to suffer the insufferable relationship of a United Kingdom that has "rewarded" us with so much anguish and trauma..... so much for "Special Relationships".

  • @cernuous i believe in the special relationship,i agree in fighting conflicts together.mostly we get along fine.what angers me and makes me talk harshly.is that a minority of americans have no humility,we as people and nations have a combination of strengths, and faults,we have our triumphs and our defeats.and we all need support and friends......as does the usa.

  • @ronsiris, You appear apoplectic, angry and bitter; emotions not untypical of the modern day Brit. I'm pleased a malcontent such as you would proclaim "don't reply because i aint got time for you". Unfortunately for someone who wishes to be ignored while professing self-effacement and modesty....you're sure making one God awful din. Now in keeping with the guidelines YOU set forth below...why don't you direct your time to a much more meaningful pursuit?

  • While pondering the meaning of an "insufferable relationship". lol.

  • @cernuous I thought globally Brits are seen typical NOT to show their emotions

  • However, There is no doubt in my mind that Britain needed Churchill at the helm in the war. Not after, not before but during. Remember, I am English and my grandparents grew up in the war, one side in London and the other in Birmingham. One of my nans was an evacuee and the other worked in a factory and as an ambulance driver. They loved Churchill like so many did at the time, and still do. It is not often than someone not of royalty, gets a state funeral, especially of the size Churchill did.

  • @justtakeiteasy I studied modern history, and not from the Internet but at college. The second world war is something that I have always been interested in learning about, from the battles, to the speeches on all sides. Please don't misunderstand me, Churchill was in many ways a vile man, he hated Gandhi, which says a lot. He was a complete imperialist, a dieing breed - and good riddance to that breed.

  • @justtakeiteasy Yes, Churchill was somewhat racist. He was old school, just like pretty much every bodies grandparents are racist. It was a different time! We don't praise Churchill for this though. Churchill was a wartime inspiration, he gave what nobody else could give! For this, Britain will cherish him always. As for Mugabe, well just because he is racist towards whites, doesn't make him a freedom fighter! The guy isn't a good leader, he has nothing on Mandela!

  • at 1:54 he mentions the new world stepping forth. The new world existed long before the bush.

  • For those who like Winston Churchill I have posted a video of the Kindle text to speech app reading chapter 1 of my book "What Churchill Would Do".

I have a video of the Imperial War museum in London as a backdrop.

My book is for Churchill fans only. It takes his talents for managing WW2 and applies them to everyday business life.

It's filled with loads of WW2 stories that most people won't have come across.

It has had eight 5* reviews

    search Winston Churchill Kindle Txt

  • I had a Kindle for Xmas ( love to bits). I downloaded loads of free books. I'm a bit of a Churchill nut and a mate of mine recommended a book called What Churchill Would Do, I have avoided buying books so far (no point with so much free stuff) but it was dirt cheap so I thought I would give it a go. It was a really great book, loads of war stuff and some interesting and different business advice. Not the usual drivel you get . Worth checking out when you get a chance.

  • This is when war was fought truly for freedom.

  • england 2010

    islamic republic

  • @teihaus whats wrong with a mixed race and anyway how can anyone be pure white you don't know the genes that run in you? the first settlers in england came from overseas!!

ITs not your country its everyone welcome just as we are welcome if we want to go somewhere else.

  • dont kid urself, the Nazis where evil just google 'concentration camp' if you want proof of that! we would not be in a better place now if we'd started an alience! that would be the weakest most disgusting decision on earth! I'd honestly rather die than be in the world that hitler wanted! i cant belive you think that we should have had an alience with the nazi's! Thit is so sick! Churchill is so insperational and the most amazing leader!

  • my fellow englishmen we now face a new barbarizem, a new evil from the desert who knows not the love of christ and has a black heart just like the black gold that feeds it

but this time the war is inside and so far we are loosing the battle but not the war.

  • Apparently the best speech maker was Lloyd George, plus he lead us thru WW1 whilst maintaining British dominence. Gladstone was a failure in the sense that he could not stem the tide of Imperialism (the scramble for Africa) and could not settle the issue of home rule for Ireland. I think (this is controversial) that Macmillan was an exceptional PM. His speech (wind of change) gave us an honourable way out of Empire, which mostly avoided the slaughter of French and Portuguese withdrawal

  • sempe fi

  • I remember this speech in robin hood: men in tights!

  • History is made by the winners, not by the entire truth. The sad of war is that politicians create it, but they stay in home watching TV while good people is turned to murderers and inocent people is killed.

  • Im a yank and Churchill was a true man and leader. I wish he could lead us in the US today.

  • Clearly the 28 people who disliked this video are Nazis.

  • At 0:40 is that... Bill Murray?

  • @NyaraKitty It look very like him, but he was born 1950 lol

  • typical english wanker.

for him Ghandi was a miserable fakir , instead a mass murderer like this scumbag is a hero (ordered to kill 5000 kurds)

    englisharabia shame of europe!

  • @Aeshmauniversus , just jealous;)

  • Churchill should never have needlessly taken us to war with Germany, look at the state of us now as a direct result of that decision, our countries invaded with limitless numbers of non-whites to the point where we will soon be out-numbered in our own countries, anti-white Jew monopolized media, anti-white "leaders", out of control crime, decadence and degeneracy.

  • @teilhaus Churchill did not take us to war with Germany, he wasn't even in the government when war was declared in September 1939. He became prime minister in May 1940, a few hours after Germany attacked France.

  • @teilhaus who cares if there are people from different countries here.. this country doesn't belong to you, you were born in it better is an eduction of all cultures then one of supposed pure blood (doesn't exist!) I think england is richer for the different people we have living here.

  • @cherrytopx Unless something's done we are going to be out-numbered in our own country, it is only a matter of time after that our white race will be wiped out through race-mixing. i don't want my race wiped out.

  • @teilhaus it is not the death of a race you need to fear its the death of culture and religon of christ and his love (not i don't think his pain is the lesson for us

for the hords we face now are sent from the gates of hell to bring ruin to all that we have achived.

its from our own actions this evil has come to pass.

  • @teilhaus Don't be so proud. Race shouldn't even be a big thing. Be proud of being human, not a white human.

  • @OneUhBuv The white race has invented practically everything. It is the genius of our race which has built up our advanced countries out of nothing. A country is the product of its race. If we race mix ourselves with Africans and Asians we will be reduced to their level.

  • @teilhaus Please stop right there and pick up a world history book. The white man has copied and stolen many things. You are ignorant and proud.

  • @teilhaus if churchill didn't take us to war war would have come to us

the nazi's where an expansionalistic empire if they stopped expanding they would fall.

  • @alonmerlin Churchill didn't take us to war, Chamberlain did.

In fact the Germans wanted an alliance with Britain, and knowing what I know now, I wish we'd given them one, Europe and the white race would be in a much better position. We were tricked into fighting people who were fighting to preserve the white race and allow it to flourish.

  • If Churchill hadn't needlessly taken us to war against Germany the white race, culture and civilization would be flourishing now.

  • @stepheng1483 urrrr I think it was nazi that declared war on us - so if we hadn't of fought them anyone that is 'different would be killed' if you had a child with brain damage or disabled - if you became disabled you would be killed.. If you didn't agree with Hitler you would be killed.. Yeah great should just let them take us over!

  • Comment removed

  • @stepheng1483 In your world Culture would be burning in the death camps while playing Wagner day and night as millions scream in pain and suffering. Civilization would be drowned by the blood of millions in a never ending kreeg You talk of a world where no birds sing only the sound of machine guns and Stukka dive bombers sound

A waste land where no flowers grow only mines and wire bloom

That is not a heaven it is a living hell, a prison where death is the only true freedom

  • @alonmerlin What we are living in now is the real hell.

  • great man, geat speeches so inspiring ! all people,of the great Britain, sould be proud and should not forget, such a great man, like Winston Churchill,he brought UK to the victory,he brought all Europe to the victory,of course, there was several man, countries, that brought world to the victory, but Churchill was one of them ! Greetings from Lithuania !

  • Activate the closed caption translate and you will instant laugh.

  • You know with each argument on here you are discrediting the greatest leader Britain has ever had for the last 400 years. Lets stop all the swearing and arguing and appreciate what this great man did and show a little respect because unfortunately it is an extremely rare occurence today for a country to have a leader that even remotely comes close to Churchill.

  • It is so sad to watch the UK silently asphyxiating on the fumes of sharia.

We hope the UK will speedily discover an antidote to this toxin and in doing so, also save other Western countires by its export.

  • @kFIRmAGNOON What the fuck are you talking about you stupid little brainwashed pubtard ?

  • @MrMorgansgoat

Nothing Neville, ignore The Gathering Storm.

You might have evolved to a higher level, but unfortunately others have not.

  • @kFIRmAGNOON The gathering storm is not what you think , it is an evolutionary event that is impossible to comprehend.

You can either continue the racial battle that has stumped your evolution or you can evolve ,only the ones compatable with all shall be compatable with the final step in evolution.

  • @MrMorgansgoat

Although the "gathering storm ... is impossible to comprehend", I hope this global evolution of humankind occurs soon; otherwise the UK may have sharia law democratically voted in to replace parliament.

What does an evolved soul such as yourself, suggest we laggards who wish live in peace and freedom, do about those who wish to impose their unjust religious laws on us?

  • @kFIRmAGNOON Easy , dont vote for them, dont vote bnp.

  • @kFIRmAGNOON , It's irreversible, nothing is capable of halting this "dancing serpent" as it wriggles in the foam of it's own DNA. Yet this wholly immoral, degenerate, superabundance of foulness struggles ever onward, towards the blackest days yet to unfold for the future of this the country I dearly love. We've "shit" it brother.

  • My Grandfather was a B-17 "Ball Turret Gunner".

  • Hard to believe he was bipolar.. Great man!

  • my grandfather was a british sniper he was the only one to survive his copany

  • winston churchill kicked ass. a great man, and a great leader.

  • A true legend, highly courageous, frightened of nothing, sincere and emotional. Makes you truly proud to be British. Not like this bunch of corrupt, cowardly politicians we have today fiddling expenses and afraid to speak their mind.

  • They should make more world leaders like him.

  • We shall never surrender!

  • Comment removed

  • "Never give up! Never ever ever give up!"

Commencement speech in its entirety given by Winston Churchill.

  • If ever there was a time when Britain needed an inspirational leader such as the likes of Winston Churchill then that time is now. Not these overpaid, dishonest, self centred politicians we have now selling our nation down the river.

  • We are still a great nation. We Brits and our land are not called Great Britain for nothing.

    Sue

  • @SuedeNyme, But Britain is incapable of sustaining it's traditional ethnicity. With only 1.6 children born on average to each British family, compared to 8.1 children born to each family within the Muslim community, soon you'll be overwhelmed. It will be a sad day for Britains haberdasher industry when the fez and turban replace the bowler hat.

  • So true. I hate when whites become the minority. I really wish the U.S. and I guess Britain weren't so ethnically sensitive. If I were president I would ban immigration by all colored races, and at the mexican border, shoot all of those whom try crossing the border, and send all illegals back to their country.

My step-dad teaches in a school suburb in seattle where whites are the minority, like 25% the minority.

  • @AndyHanturd Do you really think the great man Winston Churchill would agree with what your saying....thats exactly what we were fighting against in WW2...intolerance, racism and Facism in the form of Nazism....read a book might broaden your rather narrow horizons

  • @jonouk89 hey we have a similar name lol i agree mate dont need facists there a disgrace to humanity.

  • @sizableone ok,what is britains traditional ethnicity?

  • The US Navy has a ship named in his honor,..& rightfully so

  • Winston is probably turning in his grave now with what's heppening to this country. He was the best Prime Minister this country has ever had!

  • @TheRoxZine how so?

  • unprecedented speech- very strong

  • Be greatful that there still is a Britain.

He was the only one, amongst the entire First World free nations, who saw Hitler and his Third Reich (and later, the Axis), for the terrifying, real threat to sovereignty they were.

He was the right man, with the right host of skills, at the right time.

  • up the irons!

  • Churchill was an outstanding speaker, but he didn't win the war by giving speeches, he did it by getting things done using a whole host of skills which most people don't know about.

After researching Winnie for 4 years I have identified them in book called Churchill's Secret Skills. If you search for the title I have posted a video of me reading a few pages

  • Churchill is the savior of the UK, his skills were not just speeches of course not or we would have lost the war

  • The Conservative Party should make a CD and put it through the letterbox of every home in Britain.

    Amazing Man, a Godsend.

    ..

  • Great speech.

  • Gandhi had it coming!

  • happyfred3...your a fucking limey piece of shit idiot......:)

  • It was meant as a joke but nvm.

incidentally what is a "limey piece of shit"?

  • He respected Gandhi. He says so in a letter. He says he respect Gandhi because Gandhi stood for the untochables.

  • Hindus worshiped Hitler and Gandhi personally supported Hitler. Read the love letters Gandhi sent to Him for yourself.

  • afrankone...shut the fuck up...ive read them..he wrote the letters to hitler to see if he could dissuade him form doing some of the horrible things he's heard..thats why he calledd him 'my freind'...judging from your profile you're either a english limey or a jew...either way your an ignorant asshole....:)

  • Gandhi wrote letters to Hitler and called his friend. He also told him that he admired him and gave him advice on how to deal with the British. He told him that friend was not just a salutation, but he really meant it. He advised the Jews to commit mass suicide.

. We have no doubt about your bravery or devotion to your fatherland, nor do we believe that you are the monster described by your opponents. Gandhi to Hitler. Pagan nazis, Mohamedans and Gandhi united against the Jews.

  • .....that is no more than "diplomacy 101", he wasn't praising the man for his acts of atrocity, he was simply approaching softly, so as to be heard, and hopefully recieved...ya getta better look if ya climb outta the box.

  • Sweden lol, what the fuck did you do in the war.............nothing you gay puff

  • Look you dingbats, If you choose to devise a Commonwealth of Nations and this Commonwealth fights shoulder to shoulder with you in times of war, why would you now choose to consider their British citizenship to be unequal to that of yours? These members of former British occupied territories seek a better life in their "Mother" country. And since emigration to Britain was made easier for Commonwealth members, "what goes around comes around". Just because the traditional ethnicity of Britain has

  • now changed forever, it's too late to shout foul.

  • Welcome to America...

  • bleedinant...my comments are all for you

  • You have the nerve to call someone racist and in the same breath use a sick racist comment yourself???

Having dealt with your kind before, I still get sick to my stomach thinking that the uneducated(like yourself)will listen to you and adopt your hate speech and actions. Making this world a much better place will never happen when people like you are given opportunity to voice your stupid racist opinions!!!

  • I am still horrified and shocked that people like you have the right to make comments, even as stupid as they are.

  • You need to learn some manners and learn to use language that is not woman bashing! That is the most disgusting word in any language, and only a man would use it, and not have the backbone to leave a comment that a real man would leave. You are a very pathetic person. You are very mean, and rotten, but most of all, you are a very sad individual. Twenty eight years old and acting like a forth grader? Be very proud of yourself....I just bet that your parents are proud as well.

  • AlanSugar, how have the dynamics of Britains population changed over this past generation?

  • if only Churchwill was the current prime minister maybe the muslims wouldn't be calling it THEIR country.

  • no, i just don't wanna see Shariah courts in a democratic country.

  • Totally agree with you mate, I'm tired of being called racist just because I object to being walked over in my own country

  • yea, i'm sick and tired of all this "political correctness".

it's as if the world has forgotten who's responsible for all the terrorist attacks today.

  • deveous, By birthright Muslims will undoubtedly call the U.K "THEIR country". This equality is as surely built in as Britains traditional population ethnicity. As generations of Muslims proactively work towards Britains future and assimilate within your culture they have every right to call it "THEIR country" afterall it's their home.

  • first off i live in the US.

second, if you call Shariah Law and Shariah courts a "proactive" way of assimilating into the mainstream culture,, then you are very confused or truly believe just as the other sick fucks do that women are worth half as much as a man and that hanging and stoning are acceptable methods of execution.

third, i have no problem with muslims who call UK their country so long as they actually contribute in a humane way as opposed to the appx 1mill who want Shariah.

  • @deveousdevil, Any foreign national having emigrated to Britain who has legally assumed British citizenship has every right to call it "THEIR country". Thats what the rights of citizenship does for you , you know. Differences in either ethnicity or genotype cannot ever be a factor in deciding the worth of any one race over another; otherwise public riot and anarchy will prevail. I think Muslims having lived in Britain for generations have rights the equal of anyone to call it "Home".

  • @deveousdevil i am sagittarius with leo moon like winston churchill was and i am disgusted at the state of the world atm, so strongly in fact i dont associate with most people. the world is full of selfish, self absorbed, hypocritical greedy bastards. the only main difference in our birth chart is he is virgo rising i am taurus rising.

  • @deveousdevil dont you understand the concept of the speech, He made it to encourage the country to stand up against fascism idiot! Your juxdeposing the whole idea

  • @deveousdevil

    chruchwill???? it's churchill

  • he was a great politician but not an army man !!!!!! the darned ales and the the black and tans were his idea

  • you do realise in ww1 he was a soldier.

  • no he wasnt but he was during the boer war i think .he was a member of government during ww1

  • Ahh! to hear him speak, is the undying speech of a true legend!!! I love Winston Churchill!!!

  • MAIDEN RULES ! ! !

  • Iron Maiden "Aces High" intro, great speech

  • brillaint PM was chruchill. "Never ever ever ever give up!"

  • Love you Winston!!

  • How he says 'Strength in the air!' is pretty chilling.

  • we shall fight in the hills, we shall never surrender...

...There goes the siren that warns of the air raid

Then comes the sound of the guns sending flak

Out for the scramble weve got to get airborne

Got to get up for the coming attack!!!

    FUCK YEAH!!!

  • JChoiSauce, Sir Winstons voice was subject to change depending upon the amount of "sauce" he ingested. Early evening he was distinctly baratone, while in the wee hours he became soprano.

  • When the glorious Bulgarian army smashed the Anglo-French division near Thessaloniki in 1915, W. Churchill was also there. He rode as swift as he could, with ineffable celerity... And then something baleful betode him - he dropped his Cuban cigar! Churchill without cigar!!! Henceforth he became the fiercest Bulgarophobe Britain has known since the yid Disraeli. So why revere this obese cigar-smoker? He will sell his fatherland for cigars!

  • Not small, but long-suffering. In 1396, when the Ottoman yoke began here on the Balkan peninsula for us, Albion and Bulgaria had the same population - 3 millions. 500 years later you had 50 millions and we had 3 millions due to Ottoman oppression, abduction of Bulgarian (and Serbian, and Greek) boys to serve and train them as Islamist yanichars, and 500 years later you have one yid as prime minister, Beaconsfield-Disraeli, who supported unconditionally these islamist oppressors and threatened

  • Russia with war, if it liberates Constantinople, the pearl of the Byzantine and Orthodox world. Additionally, when the yids were expelled from Spain for collaborating with the same Islamist oppressors, the Maurs/Arabs, who do you think granted them asylum? The Ottoman Empire in Thessaloniki in 1492! This is not a syndrome, this is a just indignation against all oppressive regimes on this world and how the Perfidious Albion collaborated and still collaborates with most of them.

  • See you. It's Mothers Day. I have more important ways to spend my time on this wonderful day.

  • . Your reading my comment

    2. Now your saying/thinking thats a stupid fact.

    4. You didnt notice that i skipped 3.

    5. Your checking it now.

    6. Your smiling.

    7. Your still reading my comment.

    8. You know all you have read is true.

    10. You didnt notice that i skipped 9.

    11. Your checking it now.

    12. You didnt notice there are only 10 facts

  • That is dam right! WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER!!

I love you & God bless you Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill

  • Of course that duplicitous bastard Eamon deValera, aka. Hitlers Irish Commander in Chief had a different perspective of him and wrote of him as being a "Dangerous Adversary". But then deValera was much too busy deploying IRA members to Germany to assist the Nazi's in their fight against the Allied Forces to have a clear perspective on anything. What a pity FDR and Sir WC did not (as they had planned) invade Ireland. It would have saved the lives of many a brave man.

  • What really would have saved lives would have been to open a second front in '42 like FDR wanted but that WC absolutely refused. Instead of running around in the desert to save british imperial interests or running up the mouintains in Italy, the allied forces could have confortably rolled across the French plains and been in Berlin by '43.

  • Firstly, the Yanks had no experience of war at that time, secondly - no way a second front could be opened in '42 (read up on the Battle of the Atlantic) thirdly - learn how to spell 'comfortably' - not difficult, I'm sure you'll cope. FYI - 'second front' existed as soon as bombing raids started upon Germany and supplying powers (see what Speer said). If you've got a problem with Yanks or Brits or any other allied power, ask Uncle Joe about the Warsaw uprising.

  • I thank you for your spelling lesson...it was most rewarding...that is about as much as can be said about your comment...how ever...FDR wanted a second front in '42. I'm sure he had a better estimation of what the american troops where capabel of than either of us. The boming raids didn't do much to halt german war production, at least far from what would have been possible...

  • percivallll, had the Manhattan Project ended a year sooner do you think we would have detonated an atomic bomb over Germany?

  • Had Churchill had his way, sure. FDR would not have done it.

  • I partially agree but only because our Congress at that time was highly influenced by politicians of German American ancestry. And that was the difficulty Roosevelt faced when promoting support for the British. But in the event the war against the axis powers had dragged on, and there was the potential for our suffering it's loss, I'm certain we would have nuked Germany. It's a mute point of course, as these are simply hyperthetical thoughts.

  • Maybe German heritage played a role but I doubt it. What more likely played an important part was the fact that a lot of influential financial people were facists. Many of the racial policies that was implemented during Hitlers reign had already been law in states and municipalities in the US. Wikipedia has a good article on the subject that I can recommend. AND to futher emphasize my point, people like the Bushes were prosecuted and had property confiscated for trading with the enemy in 1942.

  • "Had Churchill had his way, sure. FDR would not have done it."

Thats an ignorant statement. Neither would have, Churchill didnt want Germany devestated anymore then neccessary since even before the Project was finished Churchill knew of the threat the Soviet Union posed. Germany was to be the next frontier as it did.

You've been posting on this vid over a year. Why dont you go and piss on Churchills grave if you dont like him instead of spamming the page.

  • The "threat" of the soviet union was something Churchill made up. FDR and Stalin had longterm agreements that would have had the possibility to lead to world peace had FDR lived out his forth term. WC was always set on saving the empire and of course an economic and industrial alliance between two super powers set on dismanteling the said empire was, from WC point of view, a threat.

You really hurt my feelings...I would never piss on Churchill...not even if he was on fire!

  • Yet another ignorant statement with no credible evidence going on personal thought.

The Soviet threat came to light when Stalin started the Great Purge and the Occupation of Baltic states and the winter war. So did Churchill make up those events since he did not come up with the "Soviet Threat" the longterm agreement was to not keep the territories gained by the Soviet Union, which was broken since Stalin had no intention. This agreement began in 1942 by the way. FDR present.

  • No WC did not make up those events. But was he concerned for the balts or the finns? I think not! The rest of your quote is incomprahensible to me please refrase.

  • "But was he concerned for the balts or the finns"

Balts yes because he was against Soviet expansion and from the begining of world war 2 he made it clear he wanted those nations to have their independance from Soviet rule.

Reason why the two were Political Adversaries.

Finns yes, otherwise he wouldnt have agreed in the idea of supporting them in the winter war.

    Please Research those events.

And the rest of the comment is in response to the Soviet Threat made up by Churchill.

  • I e he were NOT concerned about the finns or the balts, he was concerned that Stalin would become a chalenger to british interests!
