90% of the geese we shoot are either..greater canada's or giant canada's hence the larger body size..

G-reat pics. I'm from orange county, passed by florida/pine island thousands of times never seen many geese. Where do you hunt ducks in the county?

we hunt ducks on private swamps/ponds around the goshen area

geese on 5 private farms near goshen

I noticed that you come down to the island- long island. Where do you go? I hunt here on the Island. I do the convienant hunt of South Haven Park where there is a blind set up already. You dont need a dog. I dont have a boat and I'd like to find some other public waters where a duck hunter can go and get some bird. Maybe you can lead me in the right direction.

i only hunt upstate in october-november( before our season opens) or when im looking to feild goose hunt..

without a boat your options are limited but you can get an acess permit from the state they have a few places that you can hunt from land and dont need a dog.

check the ny state dec website for the permits and location of the state lands

my dad just got his benli nova 4 3 1/2 in and its ok i kinda like it but i like my special edition ducks unlimited 870 express a lot more.

few nice pictures but explain how in some off the pictures that your dogs are retrieving dead birds and there is live ones in the picture just sitting in the water?????? the ducks i shoot wont hang around like that.... some thing wrong there.

oh i know that, i know what there are , but dont use them, only shoot in the evenings or morning flight's. the duck's in Ireland, are not that plenty full, and we pheasant shoot in the day time, so we dont go sitting on the river, [ or lake, ] all day. just different way's of shooting over this part of the world i take it. 3 months into the shooting here and i say i only have about 15- 20 mallard got, got my first wedgion 3 night's ago little different there i take it.
