@Blackbohnster Actually, no, they're not. Shinnok, the god depicted as the god of air in MK: Annihilation, is a fallen elder god (never revealed of what, exactly) and he had no children. Kahn and Raiden are not related in any way, in the original MK lore. :P And by the way, the real god of air is Fujin.

This happened cos the last 2 eps were meant to be a dream Kung Lao Had (probably about what would happen if he failed), it was meant to be resolved in season 2 but... neways i think it worked out well for them cos u can say it is resolved, the bad guys won, i actually think that was a really powerful ending for the series (although an unintentional one) 10 years, I think they could afford this show these days
