Chizuru is still alive, hospitalized, but without her powers, so she could not join Kyo and Iori in the next tournament (XI). It seems like Ash is pretty evil, perhaps on a controversial hero mission, but Kim thinks he is evil.

In the NeoGeo version you have to use a control stick combination then hit a button or else use emulator cheat codes to select her. In the console she should either be playable from the start or else unlockable by beating the game.

For what i understand until now, ash is evil. He´s aiming to steal the powers of Kyo, Lori and Chizuru. I think he´s trying to free the sealed orochis, for some reason.

SPOILER ALERT!

Actually, Chizuru and Lori had their powers stolen, and Kyo is the only stone between Ash and his objective. Ash is probably going to be invincible if he defeat Kyo now.

Even though he´s evil, i still like Ash. he´s one of my favourite characters, just like Kyo, Terry and Duo Lon.

yeay, thats crazy, those were an excellent team, and they all died, and from kyo, its just a rumor, someone told me that the story of kyo was in the manga, but i just dont believe it too, im like recollecting information, and telling to everyone to see who got the real information, but it would be original to every anime story that the most important character is dead, and he is a clone n_n (yashiro killed because he regret what he done, in order to forgive their sins

yes, i have the game, and in the images you can see how shermie and chris were killed by yashiro, and i read a magazine that tells the story and its say the same, its very conusing when you choose yashiro team because you fight with orochi team :S

Kyo was missing after defeat Orochi, he's been captured by NESTS to experiment & made a bunch of Kyo clone...at the end of KOF'01, he's been rescued by Ikari Team..then he later return in KOF'02...Kyo that appeared on KOF'99 until KOF'01 was a Kyo clone, the 100% successful of Kyo clone, later the clone became wild & declared himself as Kusanagi in the KOF'02 & '03 and he's already dead...

I have 2003 emulated through MAME. On the PS2 it's avaliable bundled with 2002. I would wait for XI to come out though.

They should bring back Orochi. Mukai was a horribly designed boss IMO. Zero still is the best though ( 2 k1 ) :p
