  • It's 8 degrees here. - 8 with the wind chill. I need some of your nice warm song to keep me warm. This makes me feel like I am near the Ocean with the sun upon my face. Thank you for this JP & Panchito.

    Love ya. EB/CP

    A hui hou...EB/CP

  • Hey Johnny Pal, how are you?

It would be nice to have more of these videos on here. It would be nice to see more of Troy and Charlie too. This music is so relaxing.

  • Yes, this style of music is very comforting. Who knows, maybe we'll be lucky and another Don Ho will come along and repopularize it. Hold a good thought. Thanks! Johnny & Panchito

  • Sweet music from a multi-talented performer. The band sounds great together...looks like a fun event!

  • Mahalo Tinalia! Please make some more videos of Uncle Henry! He's a living legend and not many people on the mainland here know of him. I wish he had a single hit song like Tiny Bubbles or something to rekindle the popularity of Hawaiian music. Not many of the old timers left and his talents are truly off the scale. Johnny Pal

  • Hey Johnny, nice job. I wish I could play a guitar, it looks a lot easier than it is. By the way, I am Glori's Sister. This reminds me of when we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon 25 years ago. Carmy

  • Hey Carmy, great to hear from you! Hope all is going well up in your neck of the woods. Keep on chooglin with your music! Johnny & Panchito.

  • Hi Johnny, This is so pretty, love the way you put your special touch on this song. Its definatly *****. So was nice to find this video today, we just watched the movie last night. Move over Elvis. :-) Gloria & Gina

  • Hi Gloria - sorry for the belated response. Thank you so much for dropping by. Ha, ha, how timely that you watched Blue Hawaii the night before watching this. Talk about timing. You say, "move over Elvis", hey he's in the grave - is that where you want me? Ha, ha, just kidding. Glad you enjoyed it and I hope Lil Gina did too. Panchito really loves her. Stay sweet and regards to the family. Johnny & Panchito.

  • It is so beautiful, Hawaiian music is so special. Hey Johnny Pal , you are special too.

alohaaaaaa, A hui hou Your EB/CP

  • Hi Rosey - in this band there are three people. It is strictly for hawaiian music. That's Charley standing next to me and Troy is on the other side. Thanks for asking. Johnny

  • Aloha Johnny Pal,

Well we have the same opinions on the steel Guitar.I too feel it is the prettiest sound in a instrument. You played it well as you do all your instruments. hey! The voice is excellent!!!

Mahalo nui loa, your aikane, Rosemarie the energizer bunny CP!!!

  • Hi Johnny Pal,

what is your favorite instrument? You play them all so well but you must have a favorite!!! It's hard for me to tell because you so content with everything you do.

Mahalo nui loa for the enjoyment you put in my heart.

A hui hou, the energizer bunny. lol

  • Hi EB/CP . . . each instrument has its place in a show, performance or particular type of song. But overall, I think the prettiest sounding one is the steel guitar. It's just gorgeous. A hui hou to you too! Johnny Pal

  • Johnny Pal, you sure do give that song justice. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!

You make me want to dance again today.

    Aloha `oe! Rosemarie

  • Hi Rosemarie, boy some of these sites would be awfully lonely without your comments. Glad you're around. That song was written in 1937. It was the flip side of Sweet Leilani! Mahalo, Johnny and Lil Panchito
