@Pilotguyr6 Due to the amount of multitasking required of these pilots, glancing out the window every couple of seconds is not a realistic option. Even if the pilot of ABC15 helicopter had looked to see where he was going when he was flying up on 3TV's helicopter, he still may not have seen 3TV; as it was painted mostly white, the 3TV helicopter was harder to spot. Especially at noon.

Not paying attention... Glance outside every couple of seconds and this will ALWAYS be avoided!!!!
