i have a question.. you see the earth goes around the sun right? so the sun is there away and our planet follows a line where it stays.. if it goes closer the water evaporates and that.. and if it goes farther it would freeze.. so my question is.. how about if there are other planets in the same line. but they are just bbehind the sun.. if you don't get me read again.. and as we move maybe that planet it's moving to aroung the sun.. i'm confused by my own question

as we move around the sun the otherr planet move as well so we cant see it..thats a good question i realy never thought of it , if that is true then then are more then 9 planets orbiting the sun..i think if that was the case the satalites might have picked up an image of the planet

@cool2t Yea not only that but just our 9 planets are like a grain of sand compared to the milky way, there could b hundreds of plantes i nhe milky way, we dont know b/c were on one side, and the middle of the galaxy is to bright for teles.

for "gigunto", hubble takes hundreds of different photos of the same object, every photo uses different filter, thats how its gets the colors u see, if we where close to the objects "galaxies etc", we wouldn't be able to see any of this gases that the filter can, the human eye can only pic some of the colors, u can get the same effect using photshop filter, "sort of", i can't remember the program astronomer use, my friend is an astronomer he knoes sowy, hope this helps

This telescope have NO air to hinder it's view of space. So it will get extremely good pictures of the bodies, as 'close' as uranus & so forth :)

they use radio satalites as well, thats how they took a picture of the milkyway from birds eye view

Its the sun. It photographed in part of the light spectum thats invisible to the human eye. I forget which.
