I am proud to say i was at the demo but didnt go to the after party i was 15 then i rermember the old bill trying to ruin the day by turning the generators off i also remember being on the news and lying to my mum saying i was at my mates house all day and she had seen the news and saw me and my mate darryl right at the front dancing our hearts out . proper days biggup the oldskool.peace

I feel like havin a good cry when i look back at my life and think fuckin hell - i really did some mileage as with regards to acid house parties, illegal warehouse raves and late night clubbing!
This started of as a rally in Trafalgar Square, London! i remember it was raining slightly! too much to mention but i,ll tell you this - The afterparty in RADLETT in an illegal warehouse was absolutely awe inspiring!
You know something Harry, this was a genious of warehouse parties! it was a culmination of WORLD DANCE - BIOLOGY AND ENERGY!
From hearing the ads on pirate radio telling you SOUTH MIMMS PETROL STATION was the meeting point! Gettin there then onto the motorway with cars in front of you as far as the eye could see.
Trust me bruv, i could write a book on it!
This generation havent a clue about proper ravin...clubs? nah mate!...gimme a fuckin warehouse anytime! lol
@Tambian88 it was a jvc warehouse in radlett caked with olbill in the morning & as you allready stated my friend it was totally awe inspiring so many people from so many differant postcodesi was tlking to bods from norwich & come from peckham great nite,s & days !
This is frikken awesome!!!! The lights are minimal but very effective for this environment. The music is even better!.... Todd Terry's "I wanna go bang" is so awesome I have two 12" copies :)

Freddie, it was held in a warehouse near Radlet....I know it was Radlett because I had to get a train home the next day and didn't know ahere the f*ck I was. We all walked straight through a police cordon and rocked the night away as they looked on....awesome. I've just read the organisers book (Andrew Pritchard) 'Urban Smuggler'. I thoroughly recommend it....relive those old 'happy house'days.

So many people there the Old Bill couldn't even stop it.
