2036 is more forseeable due to Apophis but even so, we would do something in between 2024-2028 to deflect the asteroid. Theres no end in 2029 and 2036 in that matter either. In 2029, Apophis is going to be very very close to us but it will miss according to the asteroid maps I have now been reading. It is level 0 on the torino scale but in 2048, there is an asteroid (2007 VK184) is level 1 on the torino scale but thats going to be probally level 0 sooner or later.

Planet X/Nibiru...Does not exist. Pluto isn't even a planet, it is a dwarf.
Pole swap...it may happen but it takes 5000 years from start to finish. They won't swap places in 1 day. You won't even tell it is happening either.
Galactic alignment...doesn't just happen in 2012, it happens every year. Planets will never form a single line and even if they did, it would be a rare sight.
Milky way...Although theres a blackhole in the middle of it, we won't get sucked in.
