I have a similar setup: HKS Hi-Power / Invidia v3 catless DP / Cobb RAMair intake -- It's a 3inch TBE with a 4inch canister.

Price is about $500 - $575 for Hi-Power (close to $700 for Carbon wrapped TI), $265 for Invidia v3 DP, $150 for Cobb intake. The pricey buy in this build is the Cobb AP v2 engine management ($660) but is necessary to grab the power and avoid boost spike / creep.
