These trucks were made between 1960 and 1967. Most had the 144cid Ford six in them later the 170 and a few with the 200. My dad had a 1963 with a 144 and a three on the tree. They were the same all during their run. the only real difference is the window size in the back.
There mid 60's to early 70's there are pretty rare now and having 2 of them in the same place one from Dodge other from Ford you don't see that too often they were in competition with those too models
I restored a 65 Econoline Van. Loved it! Painted it Corvette White, use to turn a lot of heads. If I remember rite they were either a 160 6 or 289 v8

The old Econoline could be fixed. Curious to know more history. The previous owner knew it had potential. It shows.
