Just returned. Beautiful hotel, great food, pools, entertainment. Rough ocean for non-swimmers. Service is lacking. The hotel lied that they had upgraded our room and then refused to move us despite partial occupancy. Phone and Internet did not work in the room during our entire stay. Bad management: On the last day I finally met with the General Manager of this luxury resort, who offered a free massage and would remove a charge from our bill. He failed to deliver both until our departure!

Beautiful hotel but management sucks. Our toilet would not work and they refused to move us. They told us to wipe and leave it in the waste basket for housekeeping to pick up---disgusting
