Question- Why did Rockstar Games make these new features to The Ballad of Gay Tony, instead of Grand Theft Auto 4? I mean, that tower has easier ways to get to the very top of it, but GTA 4 only lets you go up to the observation deck. I tried to get up there with a helicopter, but I always miss it and fall off. Can someone please give me an answer?

GTA IV and all DLC's are better on xbox360 or PS3. Why? On PC there's not a automatic aim. In consoles it's easy = easy hedshot. On PC I don't know how to do 100% in missions like: Chinese Takeout or High Dive. This problem is headshots to get 100% :( I had it on my PC and I'm install it again, but... How do you all thinking? It is pays to buy it on my x360 or get it again on PC?

go and do an optional mission, the easiest thing to do is jack a police car and do one or two of those, drive to your safehouse and save, then try momma's boy again and it SHOULD fix it, worked for me
