An honest heartfelt description of this mans problems dealing with the owner of his mortgage. Sounds like he's had a bankruptcy somewhere in there which starts a whole series of convolutions with the selling of non-performing loans. I hope he gets satisfaction although I'm sceptical about getting anything other than a form letter from a huge financial institution. Next time compose your thoughts ahead of time, then do the video so your case is easier to follow.
