I'm going to try and focus on my breath and see what happens, but I have already experienced part of this without doing anything the video told me to do. Our path to knowledge is our own, we do not 'need' to do anything we are already doing, as we are but one phenomenon.

I've been experiencing many of what is described here and didn't nderstand them. This is truth, the third eye is real and as described, mine is active without meditation. @SuperBrokenpencil Ha, ha, funny question. Reminds me of Bruce Almighty departing a bowl of tomato soup. I guess if you have the Master's realization of reality as being your own creation, you could do it. But do not take the Bible's parables literally. It's a symbolic language used there, and the symbols have to be meditated on. Then insight comes. Blessings to you.
