What does the Shari'ah of Allah say about this? Do the killers have to pay bloody money? If so, Who pays it?

Number one anwar awlaki isnt part of al qaeda wake up ya muslimeen, second of all the kaffur just accuse him of preaching terror because he preaches the truth and talks for the jihad, you people need to wake up, anwar awlaki is the only decent scholar or man out there that has the bulls to preach the truth

During the conquest of syriamany times people were captured who were non combatents were offered islam and upon rejectin were sent to hell by the sahabi read the conquest of syria imam al-waqidi...today is a time when non combatants are stoping sisters from getting on busses cos they are a threat to national security..a time where scholar after scholar sells his deen to please others..and the ones who dont are very harsh with the kufar and mercifull to the muslims..i would rather 100 to 1 muslim

The sheikh may allah fullfill his duas said that it would be prefered if it was a military plane....allah also says prepare whatever you can against them.....these sort of acts are wrong but it instills fear in the heart of the dibelievers...what you say seems correct but whos islam is perfect today?? this is a fiqh issue and allah will reward the good from it and also inshaallah forgive the bad from it...the sheikh is harsh against the disbelivers..

We condemn the killing of all and every innocent civillian and renounce acts of terror which are more befitting the originators of terror i.e Israel and the US.

We can't say that after the great sh. Sha'rawi that there are no good sheikhs left Third: Just because a garden has one bad rose you can't say all of the garden is filth. Sheikh Anwar has lots of great lectures.

I know sheikh anwar got sick of the Muslim sheikhs hypocracy so he wanted to find a side that says harsh language towards the USA and unfortunately he found Al Qaeda.
