Well, that girl DOES look exactly like Mitsuru, but I don't think she is. The only character in common that is shown during the first episode is Igor, but you know, he appears on all Personas.
the returning characters from persona 3 is only Sanada Akihiko .. who toke the place of ryu kanzato being chief..
